Consultation - Itraconazole breakpoints for Candida spp.

The EUCAST subcommittee on Antifungal Susceptibility Testing (AFST) consults on itraconazole breakpoints for Candida spp and the corresponding itraconazole rationale document. To respond to the consultation, please use the consultation document supplied, no later than June 10, 2014.
