Compliance of manufacturers - update

"Compliance of manufacturers of AST devices and materials with EUCAST guidelines" was updated 15 August, 2014. Major changes are related to Bioanalyse added as disk manufacturers, Vitek2 (bioMérieux) updated, Sensititre (Thermo Fisher Scientific) added to automated AST systems.
