Zone diameter distributions from EUCAST

The EUCAST (European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing) under the auspices of the ESCMID (European Society for Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases) offers this free website of distributions of MIC-values (and inhibition zone diameters generated with the EUCAST disk diffusion method) of wild type bacteria and fungi. Each distribution is defined by the micro-organism and the antimicrobial drug. It is the compound result of a number of separate distributions submitted to EUCAST from organisations such as national breakpoint committees, antimicrobial resistance surveillance programs, research projects and pharmaceutical industry. The database is for public use and released by the EUCAST steering committee and thereby also by the national breakpoint committees.
