Oral cephalosporins - why no breakpoints for systemic infections?
There have been multiple questions from clinicians who for "many years have used oral cephalosporins for prophylaxis and to successfully treat Enterobacteriaceae infections other than UTIs”. They ask what has changed and why these agents are now considered inappropriate.
