Updated QC-tables

The updated QC tables contain new MIC ranges for S. aureus ATCC 29213 and S. pneumoniae ATCC 49619 (ampicillin, amoxicillin, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline).
